Low Carb Pancakes

2 tbls Almond Flour
1 tbls coconut flour (optional or do 3 tbls of almond flour)
1 1/2 tsp flaxseed meal (flaxseed optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Swerve or Stevia(optional)
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 tbs heavy cream
1 tbls oil (your choice)
Add water if not runny


Mix all dry ingredients then add the other wet ingredients ..mix up and get a runny pancake batter type consistency . Heat pan with Butter or Coconut or Olive oil then pour and cook about a min on one side turn and cook the same ..Pat with spatula to make sure it's cooked solid and serve with sugar free syrup .. enjoy
