Low Carb Breakfast sandwich

2 slices 90 second Bread

For bread
In a mug mix
3 tbls almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix well
Add
1 tbs oil
1 egg
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese

Cook in microwave for 90 seconds
Slice bread into about 4 slices
Cook egg and ham (Nat cured no sugar) to your desired taste w/seasoning

And assemble

May add a low carb condiment for added

flavor

Note:
You can use 2 tbls almond flour and 1 tbs coconut flour if desired
