Peppermint Bark Candy

White Bark Candy



1lb  White Chocolate
8 to 12 peppermint sticks crushed into pieces

1tsp peppermint extract 


Melt Chocolate in double boiler. Stir in peppermint extract and  crushed peppermint sticks. Spread thinly on greased cookie sheet. refrigerate for about an hour. Break into pieces when firm and store in covered containers.

Sylvia I made a mistake and made mine in a thick glass pan so it was sooo thick next time I will make sure it is thinner. What kind of chocolate do u use???

Helen I use the Nestles I'm taking it that you did not use a cookie sheet,
did u spread it evenly ? and u didn't read the spread thinly part?I guess maybe you can use parchment paper under too
