Low Carb Carrot Cake




3 tbls almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbls swerve
2 packet stevia
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger
2 tbls melted butter
1 tbls shredded carrots
1 tbls chopped walnuts
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbls heavy cream .

Mix dry ingredients in small microwave safe bowl or ramakin add all other ingredients ..mix well ..place in microwave for 70 seconds

Icing
2tbls cream cheese
1 tbl swerve
In a small bowl place in microwave for 15 seconds and stir
Makes 2 servings .. 5 net carbs per serving
