Low Carb Keto style Dinner rolls




2 cups Almond Flour 
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbls cream cheese
2 eggs 
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt 


Preheat oven to 350 .. Mix Mozzarella Cheese and cream cheese ..place in microwave for 30 seconds then stir place again for 30 seconds . If it's to dry you can place back in microwave do soften for another 15 seconds. Stir and mix in all other ingredients.
Place parchment paper on cookie sheet . Form into roll size balls and shape to size . Bake at 350 for 20 min
