Low Carb pizza

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 Tbls cream cheese cut up into cubes
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 cup coconut flour


Preheat oven to 425,°  Mix the two cheeses in a medium bowl
Put in microwave for 45 seconds , stir and put back in microwave wave for another 45 seconds .

Mix egg and coconut flour in a small bowl
Incorporate into cheese mixture.

Knead into a dough , try to get it kneaded well the best you can softly kneading dough.

Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and place dough ..spread it the best you can ..then place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out with rolling pin ..use a fork to poke holes in dough .. bake in oven for 6 min ,then poke holes with a fork again if you see bubbles ..bake for 6 more min .. take out and cover with desired pizza sauce and toppings place back in oven for 8-10 min till heated through

5 carbs , 3 fiber for dough
