Strawberry bread low carb

Strawberry bread

3 tbls almond flour
2 tsp strawberry jello
1/2 tbls chia seeds

2 tbls melted butter
2 tbls heavy cream
1/2 tsp orange extract
Pinch of salt
1 egg

Melt butter in mug
In a separate cup mix dry ingredients
Pour into, mug w/ melted butter
Then mix in wet ingredients

Cook in microwave for 90 seconds

Low Carb pizza

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 Tbls cream cheese cut up into cubes
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 cup coconut flour


Preheat oven to 425,°  Mix the two cheeses in a medium bowl
Put in microwave for 45 seconds , stir and put back in microwave wave for another 45 seconds .

Mix egg and coconut flour in a small bowl
Incorporate into cheese mixture.

Knead into a dough , try to get it kneaded well the best you can softly kneading dough.

Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and place dough ..spread it the best you can ..then place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out with rolling pin ..use a fork to poke holes in dough .. bake in oven for 6 min ,then poke holes with a fork again if you see bubbles ..bake for 6 more min .. take out and cover with desired pizza sauce and toppings place back in oven for 8-10 min till heated through

5 carbs , 3 fiber for dough

Peanut Butter cake in a mug

Peanut Butter Mug Cake


1 tbls almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbls swerve or sweetener of your  choice

Mix dry ingredients well in mug

Add
2 tbls Peanut Butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Mix well until all blended
Microwave for 70 seconds

Serve with whipped cream and butter

Chocolate cake in a mug

Chocolate mug cake , scrumptious
2 tbls almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
(Mix together dry ingredients well )

Mix 2tbls Cocoa powder
 1 1/2 tbls  swerve{ erythritol } or your choice low carb sweetener
Into
2 tbls melted butter

1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbls sour cream (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Mix ingredients in order shown
Into a microwave oven safe  mug
Microwave for 60-90 seconds depending on ur oven
Serve with whipped heavy cream and berries (optional)




(As soon as you get it out of the oven make a well down the center and add some butter ๐Ÿ˜it gets all melty and yummy)

3-5 net carbs depends on Cocoa powder used , also add ons used will add carbs to total

Almond Flour Low Carb Cheddar Cheese Biscuits





Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
2 c Almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt 
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 c melted butter
1 c cheddar cheese shredded
Mix dry dry ingredients well 
slowly add  the  wet ingredients (melted butter and beaten eggs)  and  fold in cheese ..

drop 8 big balls by large Spoon ( should be the size of a golf ball)  on cookie sheet bake at 350° for 18 min
