DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Cook beef until evenly brown.
Pour off excess fat and add 1/2 cup water and tomato sauce add beef bullion cube make sure that the cube breaks up and spreads evenly in broth add 1/2 cup of water bring to boil. cover reduce heat and simmer for about 30 min.
Season with garlic, cumin, black pepper, salt,onions,tomato and bell peppers heat to boiling and
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about an hour to 1 hour and a 1/2 until meat is tender ,
you may need to add a little more water depending on evaporation .
you want enough to make a gravy.
This is optional dissolve about 1tbls. of flour in water and add to sauce
make sure you whisk it while you are adding so you don't get clumps then let simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
