Tuna Patty Melt Low Carb


2 tbls almond flour
1 tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp onion flakes or chopped fresh onions or scallions
1/4 c finely chopped celery
1 egg
1 6-10oz  can of tuna
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
3tbls shredded cheese


Mix all dry ingredients together then add egg  and tuna ..form into patties and fry in hot skillet with butter . Until golden brown on each side
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve with mayo,ranch dressing,or mustard
