Low carb Keto Bread

3 tbls almond flour/meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbls water or cream
1 egg
1 tbls oil or melted butter
1 tbls shredded mozzarella cheese

In a small mug , mix dry ingredients well.
Then add egg and oil mix well tap out bubbles lightly
Place in microwave for 90 seconds
Let sit for a few minutes to cool
Remove from mug and slice

Sliced into thin slices
